Simon started his Estate Agency journey in 2003 and spent many years working for three well known high-street estate agents. He was very quickly promoted to senior management level and his passion and talent for the property industry was evident to see. Prior to co-founding Eltons, Simon could see a gap in the market for a contract and solutions business based around customer service and response and so he decided to take the plunge in 2012 and set up his own business working with estate agents, global hotels, retail and restaurant chains and developing a brand well-known across the UK.
Simon also knew that he would be coming back into estate agency and was desperate to open in the town that he calls home. Through sheer determination he turned his dream into a reality and Simon believes his experience dealing with high level communication, his enthusiasm and unwavering work ethic will provide a uniquely fresh approach to estate agency in Horsham and surrounding areas.
Kelly de Castella has over 10 years experience in the property industry. Her vast experience and extensive knowledge has helped her to become an expert in property management, sales progression, market valuations, sales and marketing and property software. Starting her career in 2012, Kelly has progressed from a trainee portfolio manager to director and excels in handling the running of all operations. Kelly's friendly but thorough approach offers the perfect service for everyone in our industry, from vendors and landlords, right the way through to our contractors and affiliates.
Paul Talbot, director of Nord Creative Ltd, is our photography specialist, with over 10 years experience as a professional photographer. As well as his expertise in photography, Paul is a skilled videographer, graphic designer & fine artist, bringing additional creativity into his real estate photography. Karen has worked in the property and finance world for longer than she cares to remember! She has always worked for independent local Estate Agents which is what attracted her to Eltons. She has an abundance of local knowledge and experience. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and their families and West Coast Swing dancing!

With over 10 years of experience in sales, I bring a wealth of expertise and a client-focused approach to Eltons Estate Agents. My career began with roles at Initial City Link, Medtronic’s Physio Control, and Nissan, where I honed my skills in sales and customer service. Following this, I spent six years as a personal assistant to the directors of Mazuma Mobile, gaining valuable insight into business operations at an executive level.
Fluent in both Malay and Bahasa, I offer a unique advantage in communicating with a broader range of clients, ensuring that all their needs are fully understood and met.
In recent years, I returned to my passion for real estate, working as a sales negotiator for Lumleys Estates in Radlett. My diverse background, combined with my formal education in Hospitality Management from Stamford College AHMA, allows me to deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their property transactions are handled with care and professionalism.
